General speaking, USPS (United States Postal Services) is our main business carrier. We'll use other shipping companies if requested by customers for larger orders.

Backordered items are shipped as soon as they become available and no additional shipping charges will be added.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure every package arrives in perfect condition without any damage to any components. Make sure the content and quantity is correct. All orders will be shipped with delivery confirmation and they work as the proof of delivery once they are scanned by the mail man or mail woman upon delivery. Please email or call us if you need to add Insurance or Signature Confirmation to your order for a fee before your order is shipped. Fashion Drive is not responsible for any form of lost package or missing content.

Returns & Exchanges

So, we strongly suggest our customers to purchase some samples from our retail site before placing any wholesale orders.
But, if you are not happy with a product that you bought, please return it to us in an unused condition within 7 days after the date you received your order. We will send you a replacement or a refund.
(Note: Due to the nature of made to order manufacturing business, A 50% restock charges including Credit Card's Bank Fees will be imposed for any Wholesale returns and 30% restock fees for any exchanges).
If it was a mistake we made with your order, we will refund the full amount including postage.
Returns & Exchanges Exceptions
For orders larger than $500 will be treated as special orders and we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
Note: Please call us to get our authorization for returning. No Returns Accepted without our authorization. Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components and instructions.
