Shipping & Handling:
General speaking, USPS (United States Postal Services) is our main business carrier. We'll use other shipping compaies for special purposes or requested by customers.
Note: Order usually will be shipped in 3 to 5 days, or we'll let you know about the delay.
We offer four ways for Shipping:
1. First Class Mail: (Up to 13 oz only, 2-4 business days)
2. Ground Mail: (Up to 60 lb/box, 5-10 business days after ship)
3. Priority Mail: (Up to 60 lb/box, 2-4 business days after ship)
4. Express Mail: (Up to 60 lb/box, 1-2 business days after ship)

Only California State resdients will be charged a 9% sales tax, or a copy of Seller's Permit issued by California State Board of Equalization is required to waive the charge of sales tax.

Out of stock & Backorders:
If any items are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the shipping date via email.
We will follow your instructions about such orders.
Backordered items are shipped as soon as they become available and no additional shipping charges will be added.
We are using USPS (United States Postal Service) as our shipping agent. A Delivery Confirmation will be attached to each package and it'll be scaned by the mailman once the package is delivered.
Note: USPS Delivery Confirmation works as the proof of delivery. It is cusotmer's liability if the package is lost after been delivered by USPS.
It is customer's responsibility to notice us of adding special services to the package at customer's own cost (such as purchasing additional Insurance or Signature Confirmation). You may state such a demand in the Comment Field text box at the end of our on-line purchase order form and we'll email you or call you about the cost of such additional service.
It is also customers' responsibility to make sure every package arrives in perfect condition without any damage to any components. Make sure all seals remain intact before using them. If any seal on a perishible item is broken call us immediately. In cases of materials made of glass, please make sure they are unbroken before using them. If any glass is broken, do not use the product and call us immediately. Fashion Drive is not responsible or liable for any physical and/or material damage caused by our products. If anything seems out of place, do not use it. Rather, call us immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
One of the business goal for Fashion Drive is trying to
have all orders shipped with the 100% satisfication of our
customers. But, if you are not happy with a product that you bought, please return it to us in an unused condition within 7 days after the date you received your order. We will send you a replacement or a refund. (Note: A 15% restock charge will be imposed for returns).
If it was a mistake we made with your order, we will refund the full amount including postage.
Note: Please call us to get our authorization for returning. No Returns Accepted without our authorization. Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components and instructions.
